Using a Dito-compatible phone means Better call quality, Faster internet speeds, Access to DITO’s full network features, and Fewer technical problems. How To Check The Dito Compatible Phone?

Dito Telecom regularly tests different phones and updates the list of phones compatible with Dito. Here is the list of all the phones that are compatible with Dito 4G and 5G service.

What About iPhones?

Currently, iPhones are not officially supported on the DITO network. This means some features like 5G or VoLTE do not work properly on an iPhone. DITO is still working on testing and adding iPhone compatibility, so iPhone users should wait for updates.

What If My Phone Is Not on the List?

If your phone is not mentioned in the above list, it means that your phone is not compatible with the Dito SIM. DITO’s CTO explained that phones that are not compatible can be used. But keep in mind that they can cause network problems like slow internet and calling issues. 

However, if your phone is not listed, you can still use a Dito SIM by manually Dito SIM APN settings. Here is how to do APN settings:

  1. Go to your phone’s Settings > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.
  2. Add a new APN with the name: internet.dito.ph
  3. Save and select this APN.

Buying a New Phone for DITO: What to Consider

If you’re planning to buy a new phone to use with DITO, here are some tips:

  • Choose from the compatible list to avoid issues. As given above. 
  • Prefer a phone with 4G LTE or 5G support for faster internet.
  • Check if the phone supports VoLTE and VoWiFi for better call quality on DITO.
  • Avoid phones that are network-locked to other carriers.

FAQs

Currently, iPhones are not fully supported on DITO’s network.

 Many Samsung models are compatible, especially recent ones, but check the official list to be sure.

Check the official DITO website’s compatible phones list to see if your model is included. Your phone should support DITO’s 4G/5G frequency bands (like Band 1, 28, 34, 41, 52, and n78) and have VoLTE capability. If not listed, you can still try using a DITO SIM and set the APN to internet.dito.ph. Note that iPhones are generally not fully supported yet.
